Born and raised in Basel, Switzerland, I left for the Netherlands at the age of 25, where I followed and completed my education as a jeweler. In 1995 I was granted the title master goldsmith.

I spend much time and enjoy in designing my own collection. Besides, I take great joy in teaching other peoples the principles of jewelry making.

My work is mainly based on modern design. I love to experiment and combine different metals and materials.

Silver etching is one of my specialities; I have created a exclusive series of jewelry: necklaces, bracelets, broches, rings and earrings.

I also enjoy to make jewelry in the technique of Sepia cuttlebone casting; ideal to melt “old” silver – and gold jewelry .

I am very much inspired by nature; living close to the sea and raised in the mountains, you will find those elements back in my work.
